PES AG‑320NT / A‑301NT Mineral & Mineral‑Glass Filled Natural Polyethersulfone Resin

PES AG‑320NT and A‑301NT are filled amorphous polyethersulfone (PES) thermoplastic compounds in natural amber color. These grades adopt mineral‑only and mineral‑glass hybrid filling modification, specially developed to minimize mold shrinkage and suppress part warpage while preserving PES’s superior high‑heat performance, hydrolytic stability, chemical resistance and multi‑sterilization capability.

• A‑301NT: Mineral‑filled PES grade. Reinforced by mineral filler, delivers extremely low shrinkage, excellent anti‑warp performance and premium surface finish for large‑size flat molded parts.

• AG‑320NT: Hybrid mineral‑glass filled PES grade. Combines mineral and glass fiber reinforcements, balances high stiffness, mechanical strength and low‑warp characteristics, well‑suited for large‑scale precision structural components.

Both grades comply with RoHS, REACH, drinking‑water and food‑contact relevant specifications. Compatible with steam autoclave, EO and gamma‑ray sterilization. Widely used for large‑area plumbing assemblies, precision fluid‑control housings, large equipment enclosures and metal‑replacement industrial parts where low‑warp and tight dimensional tolerance are critical requirements.
