Radel PPSU 5100 and 5900 are premium unfilled amorphous polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) thermoplastic resins, engineered for extreme hydrolytic stability, superior impact toughness and long-term high-temperature service performance. This unified product lineup includes two matched industrial grades with different melt viscosity to cover general and thin-wall precision molding demands:

- PPSU 5100: Standard general-purpose viscosity grade, balanced flow and mechanical toughness, supports diverse transparent and opaque color formulations

- PPSU 5900: Optimized high-flow modified grade, enhanced melt fluidity for ultra-thin-wall, long-flow-path and complex precision molded parts

Both grades are 100% unfilled without glass or mineral reinforcements, delivering flawless smooth surface finish, excellent stress-crack resistance and zero filler shedding risk
