Halar ECTFE 6014 / 6514 / 6614 High-Purity Industrial Fluoropolymer Coating Powder 

Halar 6014, 6514 and 6614 are premium melt-processable ECTFE (Ethylene-Chlorotrifluoroethylene) fluoropolymer powder grades engineered by Syensqo (Solvay) for high-performance industrial anti-corrosion coating systems. This three-grade series forms a complete primer-topcoat matching solution for electrostatic spraying and fluidized bed dipping processes, covering adhesive priming and high-purity finishing requirements.

The lineup includes three functional grades with distinct colors and applications:

- Halar 6014: Clear transparent topcoat powder, high-purity finishing layer designed for final surface protection

- Halar 6514: Black adhesive primer powder, optimized for strong metal substrate bonding

- Halar 6614: Green adhesive primer powder, dedicated for multi-layer coating system base bonding

All ECTFE grades deliver exceptional full-spectrum chemical inertness, ultra-low permeation, excellent flame retardancy and high-temperature stability.
