Udel PSU GF‑110 / GF‑120 / GF‑130 NT & BK Glass‑Fiber Reinforced Polysulfone Resin

Udel PSU GF‑110, GF‑120 and GF‑130 series are glass‑fiber reinforced amorphous polysulfone (PSU) thermoplastic compounds, offered in two standard color versions: NT (natural amber) and BK (opaque black)Prospector. Graded glass‑fiber loading delivers progressive stiffness, tensile strength and dimensional stability, while preserving PSU’s core hydrolytic stability, broad chemical resistance and multi‑sterilization compatibility.

• GF‑110 NT / BK: 10% glass‑fiber reinforcement, balanced rigidity‑toughness, favorable melt flow for complex geometry parts, available in natural amber and black color.

• GF‑120 NT / BK: 20% glass‑fiber reinforcement, enhanced stiffness and creep resistance, best‑balanced strength and processability for general heavy‑duty structural applications, natural and black options available.

• GF‑130 NT / BK: 30% glass‑fiber reinforcement, maximum rigidity and tensile strength, ultra‑low creep under sustained high‑temperature mechanical load, supplied in natural amber and black.

NT natural grades and BK black grades share identical base polymer and mechanical performance; only surface color differs. All grades comply with RoHS, REACH, food‑contact and medical relevant specifications, compatible with steam autoclave, EO and gamma‑ray sterilization. Widely applied for high‑load hot‑water plumbing assemblies, medical structural frames, high‑temperature electrical components and metal‑replacement industrial parts.
