Ultrason PES E2010 NT / BK Unreinforced Polyethersulfone Resin

Ultrason PES E2010 is premium unfilled amorphous polyethersulfone (PES) thermoplastic resin of medium injection‑molding viscosity. It is supplied in two standard color variants: NT (natural amber‑transparent) and BK (opaque black). Without glass or mineral fillers, the grade delivers excellent surface quality and good light transmission for NT version, while BK black grade provides light‑shielding performance for non‑visual structural parts. It features outstanding continuous‑use heat resistance, inherent non‑halogen flame retardancy, good hydrolytic stability and broad chemical resistance. Compliant with FDA food‑contact, RoHS and REACH specifications, and compatible with steam autoclave, EO and gamma‑ray repeated sterilization cycles. Widely applied for high‑temperature electrical‑electronic parts, food‑service components, reusable medical assemblies and automotive heat‑resistant functional parts.

• E2010 NT: Natural amber‑transparent grade, enables visual inspection of internal structures, supports custom color compounding.

• E2010 BK: Opaque black grade, offers UV‑shielding and uniform black surface, preferred for hidden structural housings.

Both grades share identical base polymer and mechanical‑thermal properties, differing only in color formulation.
