PEEK 150G / 150GL20 / 150CA30 High-Flow Polyetheretherketone Resin

PEEK 150G, 150GL20 and 150CA30 belong to Victrex high-flow low-viscosity PEEK series, developed for thin-wall, long flow path and complex geometry injection molded parts.

PEEK 150G: Unfilled natural beige high-flow base PEEK resin.

PEEK 150GL20: 20% glass fiber reinforced natural high-flow PEEK, improved rigidity and dimensional stability.

PEEK 150CA30: 30% carbon fiber reinforced black high-flow PEEK, outstanding stiffness, low friction and wear resistance. 

All grades maintain PEEK’s inherent high temperature resistance, broad chemical resistance and UL94 V-0 flame retardancy, suitable for medical, semiconductor, aerospace and industrial precision components requiring thin-wall molding.
