PEEK 450G / 450G903 Unfilled Polyetheretherketone Resin

PEEK 450G and PEEK 450G903 are premium unfilled, standard-viscosity semi-crystalline polyetheretherketone (PEEK) resins manufactured by Victrex. PEEK 450G is natural beige base pellet grade, while PEEK 450G903 is its black-colored counterpart. Both grades share identical polymer backbone, melt viscosity and core performance parameters, suitable for injection molding and extrusion. They feature balanced strength, toughness, thermal stability and broad chemical resistance, comply with FDA food contact requirements and UL94 V-0 flame retardancy, widely used for high-performance precision parts under severe working environments across medical, semiconductor, aerospace, food processing and industrial machinery sectors
