KetaSpire KT-880 CF30 High-Flow 30% Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polyetheretherketone Resin

KetaSpire KT-880 CF30 is a high-flow, 30% carbon fiber reinforced semi-crystalline polyetheretherketone (PEEK) compound developed by Syensqo (formerly Solvay Specialty Polymers). Formulated for injection molding of thin-wall and complex geometric parts, this black carbon-filled grade delivers exceptional rigidity, strength, self-lubricating wear resistance and the lowest linear thermal expansion coefficient within the KetaSpire PEEK portfolio. It maintains the inherent high heat resistance, broad chemical resistance and UL94 V-0 flame retardancy of premium PEEK, and offers improved electrical conductivity and EMI shielding capability compared with glass-filled or unfilled PEEK. Widely adopted for heavy-load friction assemblies, aerospace lightweight structures, semiconductor high-purity fixtures and industrial precision mechanical components under extreme service environments.
