ULTEM PEI 2210EPR / 2310EPR High-Flow Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyetherimide Resin

ULTEM 2210EPR and 2310EPR are premium high-flow, glass fiber reinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resins engineered by SABIC. Optimized with enhanced melt fluidity, built-in internal mold release agent and improved metal bonding performance, these two specialized grades are designed for complex thin-wall injection molding and electroplatable component applications. The EPR formulation effectively solves demolding difficulty, poor filling of intricate cavities and low plating yield common in traditional reinforced PEI grades.

ULTEM 2210EPR features 20% glass fiber reinforcement, balancing rigidity, toughness and excellent moldability. 

ULTEM 2310EPR adopts 30% glass fiber loading for maximum stiffness, creep resistance and structural stability. 

Both grades retain PEI’s core advantages including 217°C high Tg thermal stability, inherent halogen-free flame retardancy, outstanding hydrolytic stability and broad chemical resistance. they are ideal for high-precision structural, plating-grade and high-temperature components across automotive, electrical, aerospace and industrial markets.
