PEI VAT002 is a premium unfilled natural amber transparent polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic resin, developed as a 100% performance-matched drop-in equivalent to SABIC ULTEM 1000 base grade. This standard medium-viscosity PEI contains no glass fiber, mineral fillers or reinforcing additives, delivering ultra-smooth flawless transparent surface finish with zero filler shedding, specks or cosmetic defects.
Built with classic high-rigidity aromatic PEI molecular backbone, VAT002 retains the industry-leading thermal stability, mechanical toughness, inherent flame retardancy and hydrolytic resistance of standard ULTEM 1000 series. Fully compliant with RoHS, REACH
