ULTEM 2410EPR‑7301 and 2412EPR‑1000 30% Glass-Filled EPR Polyetherimide Resin

ULTEM 2410EPR-7301 and 2412EPR-1000 are SABIC amorphous 30% glass fiber reinforced PEI resins integrated with EPR enhanced mold-release additive, specially developed for complex injection molded parts that require smooth ejection and mass stable production.

2410EPR-7301: Black opaque pellets, color code -7301, standard flow EPR grade
2412EPR-1000: Natural amber translucent pellets, color code -1000, improved high-flow EPR variant

Both grades retain core PEI superior thermal stability, inherent non-halogen flame retardancy and ultra-low creep performance. The internal mold-release formula reduces mold residue, eliminates part sticking defects and shortens molding cycle time. RoHS and REACH compliant, they are widely used for high-load, high-temperature precision structural components in automotive new energy, electronics and industrial automation fields.
