ULTEM 1000R series is standard unfilled, rigid polyetherimide base resin.

Two customized pre-colored variants are combined here:

1000R-WH6E145: Pre-colored solid white opaque pellet grade, color code WH6E145
1000R-BR7095: Pre-colored dark brown opaque pellet grade, color code BR7095

Both grades retain all core intrinsic properties of standard ULTEM 1000 PEI, including excellent rigidity, outstanding hydrolytic stability, inherent halogen-free flame retardancy and multi-cycle sterilization resistance. Pre-color compounding eliminates customer self-color mixing contamination risks and ensures uniform, consistent color distribution across all molded batches. Fully RoHS and REACH compliant, these colored PEI grades serve high-temperature structural components that require specific white or brown aesthetic appearance for medical, electrical, food-contact and high-end industrial equipment.
