PEI VAT002G series are glass fiber reinforced polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic resins, including VAT002G10 (10% GF), VAT002G20 (20% GF) and VAT002G30 (30% GF). They are developed as drop-in performance equivalents to ULTEM 2100, ULTEM 2200 and ULTEM 2300 respectively. These reinforced grades maintain the inherent thermal, electrical and flame retardant properties of base PEI resin, while greatly improving tensile strength, flexural modulus and dimensional stability by glass fiber reinforcement. Available in natural and black color options, they are widely adopted for high-load, high-temperature precision structural parts in various demanding industries.
PEI VAT002G10 (10% Glass Fiber Reinforced, Equivalent ULTEM 2100)Balanced rigidity and toughness, moderate flowability, less anisotropy. Suitable for general reinforced structural parts requiring improved strength over unfilled PEI.
PEI VAT002G20 (20% Glass Fiber Reinforced, Equivalent ULTEM 2200)Medium high stiffness grade, widely used standard reinforced PEI. Optimized balance of mechanical strength, processability and surface quality for most precision engineering applications.
PEI VAT002G30 (30% Glass Fiber Reinforced, Equivalent ULTEM 2300)Maximum stiffness and tensile strength in this series, best anti-creep performance. Designed for heavy-load structural components under long-term high-temperature stress.
