SABIC HU2100 belongs to premium HU cleanroom & medical PEI series, manufactured via dedicated closed clean compounding lines with strict control of micro-particles, ions and foreign contaminants. It is standard-flow PEI matrix reinforced with 10% short glass fiber, available in multiple pre-color variants including natural transparent amber and solid black opaque (typical grade code HU2100-7H1D503 for black).Compared with standard 2100 glass-filled PEI, HU2100 adopts healthcare-level clean production technology to drastically reduce filler shedding, gel specks and outgassing residues, meeting strict contamination control standards for medical sterile equipment and semiconductor wafer processing environments.This reinforced clean PEI combines high rigidity from glass fiber reinforcement and core PEI merits of thermal stability, halogen-free flame retardancy and hydrolytic resistance.
