PEI HU1010‑7H1D395 belongs to SABIC premium HU ultra-clean PEI series, produced via dedicated closed cleanroom compounding process with strict micro-particle control. This grade adopts high-flow 1010 PEI base resin and is pre-colored solid black opaque pellets with color code -7H1D395.Without glass fiber, carbon fiber or mineral fillers, it completely eliminates filler shedding and particulate contamination risks. The upgraded high-melt-flow matrix delivers outstanding fluidity for ultra-thin-wall, intricate long-flow-path molded components, while maintaining ultra-low specks, gels and foreign impurities, outperforming conventional standard black PEI grades.This material retains all core intrinsic advantages of SABIC PEI, including premium thermal stability, inherent halogen-free flame retardancy and excellent hydrolytic stability. Fully RoHS and REACH compliant, the uniform black opaque formulation is widely applied to light-shielding precision structural parts in semiconductor wafer processing, sterile medical cleanroom equipment and analytical optical instruments.
