SABIC HU1000 series are premium ultra-clean unfilled PEI compounds manufactured via dedicated closed cleanroom compounding process, specially engineered for contamination-critical industries with strict micro-particle control requirements. Two color options are available:

HU1000-1H1000: Natural transparent amber pellets, color grade for visual inspection assemblies
HU1000-7H4D017: Solid black opaque pellets, light-absorbing formulation for optical shielding parts

No glass fiber, carbon fiber or mineral fillers are incorporated into the polymer matrix, completely eliminating filler shedding and particulate contamination risks. Rigorous impurity control reduces specks, gels and foreign micro-debris to an extremely low level compared with standard PEI grades.Both resins inherit all core advantages of SABIC PEI, including outstanding thermal stability, inherent halogen-free flame retardancy, excellent hydrolytic resistance and repeated sterilization endurance. Fully compliant with RoHS and REACH, they serve high-end precision components in semiconductor wafer processing, sterile medical equipment and analytical optical instruments.
