ULTEM F series are optimized high-flow polyetherimide resins with built-in internal mold release agent, designed to solve filling difficulties for ultra-thin-wall, complex long-flow-path molded components. Three representative grades are integrated on this page with distinct reinforcement and color specifications:
1010F-7101: Unfilled high-flow PEI, solid black opaque pellets, no glass/mineral fillers, smooth flawless surface finish
2310F-7301: 30% short glass fiber reinforced high-flow PEI, pre-colored black opaque pellets, balanced strength & processability
2400F-1000: 40% short glass fiber reinforced high-flow PEI, natural transparent amber pellets, maximum rigidity & anti-creep performance
All F-series PEI retain core PEI advantages including 217°C Tg thermal resistance, inherent halogen-free UL94 V-0 flame retardancy, excellent hydrolytic & chemical stability, fully RoHS and REACH compliant. The integrated internal lubricant eliminates extra mold release additives, reduces mold residue buildup and improves continuous mass production efficiency. Customers can select unfilled, 30% GF or 40% GF grades based on stiffness, weight tolerance and surface appearance requirements for electronics, automotive and aerospace structural components.
