PEI plate rod has high mechanical strength,stiffness,hardness,high wear resistance and sliding strength,superior electrical insulation, good chemical resistance and heat resistance(working temperature up to 170℃),good dimensional stability and creep resistance; very good creep resistance,low and stable friction coefficient,excellent wear resistance; unique torque strength makes it an economic substitute for small parts machined with steel.
