SILTEM STM1700‑1000 is amorphous siloxane‑modified PEI‑siloxane copolymer resin, supplied in natural amber transparent pellet form. As a flexible modified PEI grade, it introduces siloxane segments into polyetherimide molecular chain to improve material flexibility, low‑temperature toughness and stress‑crack resistance, while preserving PEI’s inherent heat resistance, non‑halogen flame retardancy and outstanding dielectric performance. Suffix‑1000 stands for natural amber color. RoHS compliant, featuring low smoke and low‑toxicity combustion performance, it is suitable for both extrusion and injection molding processes, widely used for high‑performance wire & cable, flexible profiles and special flexible high‑temperature parts.
