PP TB52U / BU510 Polypropylene Resin 

PP TB52U and PP BU510 are premium injection-grade polypropylene resins supplied by Hanwha TotalEnergies, serving different engineering requirements.

PP TB52U is talc-filled modified PP, developed for high heat resistance, high rigidity and excellent dimensional stability.

PP BU510 is impact block copolymer PP formulated with high-gloss technology, delivering ABS-like surface finish, balanced stiffness and impact toughness. 

Both grades comply with RoHS environmental standards and are widely adopted in household appliances, electrical components and automotive interior parts.

            PP TB52U (Talc Filled Heat Resistant PP)

• High thermal resistance, high heat deflection temperature, suitable for parts exposed to continuous high temperature

• Talc reinforcement greatly improves flexural modulus, low creep and excellent dimensional stability, less warpage

• Good weathering resistance, stable physical properties under long-term hot environment

• Controlled mold shrinkage, ideal for large thin-wall precision structural housings

• Good processability for injection molding, consistent batch quality

  PP BU510 (High Gloss Impact Copolymer PP)

• Premium high gloss finish comparable to ABS, improved scratch resistance and anti-stress whitening

• Balanced high rigidity and good impact strength, including low-temperature toughness

• Broad molecular weight distribution provides outstanding flowability and molding productivity

• Good surface appearance, fewer flow marks and gas marks without secondary painting

• Excellent compatibility for color matching, available in multiple custom colors
