VAT002G20‑Natural 20% Glass‑Fiber Reinforced Polyetherimide (PEI) Resin

VAT002G20‑Natural is 20 % glass‑fiber‑reinforced polyetherimide resin, functionally equivalent to SABIC Ultem 2200. This reinforced compound delivers greatly enhanced stiffness, tensile strength and creep resistance compared to 10% GF PEI grades. Designed for high‑load structural injection‑molded parts operating under continuous high‑temperature conditions. Supplied in natural opaque amber pellets, RoHS compliant, suitable for injection molding and precision CNC machining.

Typical Application Fields:         

• Electrical & Electronics: Heavy‑duty high‑temperature connectors, relay structural frames, transformer bobbins, semiconductor test fixture components.
