ULTEM PEI SF2250‑1000 20% Glass‑Filled Super‑Flow Polyetherimide Resin

ULTEM SF2250‑1000 is SABIC amorphous 20% glass‑fiber‑reinforced super‑flow polyetherimide (PEI) resin, supplied in natural amber opaque pellet form. Belonging to the SuperFlow ULTEM series, it delivers drastically improved melt flow compared to standard 20% GF PEI grades, specially engineered for thin‑wall, long‑flow‑path, miniature and complex precision injection‑molded parts. It balances high rigidity, good weld‑line strength, inherent non‑halogen flame retardancy and thermal stability. RoHS and REACH compliant, widely used for miniaturized electronics, semiconductor test sockets, automotive precision connectors and high‑volume industrial components. Suffix‑1000 represents natural color grade.
