Ultem PEI 2310R-7301 30% Glass-Fiber Reinforced High-Flow Polyetherimide Resin

Ultem 2310R-7301 is amorphous, 30% glass-fiber-reinforced high-flow polyetherimide resin supplied in black opaque pellet form. This upgraded R-grade features enhanced melt flow and built-in internal mold release additive, specially formulated for thin-wall, complex, and high-precision injection molded parts. It combines ultra-high structural stiffness, superior thermal stability and inherent non-halogen flame retardancy. RoHS compliant and optimized for high-volume industrial production, this grade is widely used for high-temperature, high-load structural components in automotive, electronics and industrial equipment.

Typical Application Fields:         

• Automotive & New Energy Vehicles: Under-hood high-temperature sensor housings, high-voltage connector components, EV battery structural brackets, ECU enclosures, and heat-resistant precision structural parts exposed to automotive fluids.

• Electrical & Electronics Industry: High-temperature insulating supports, relay housings, coil bobbins, power module shells, and thin-wall precision electrical components requiring flame retardancy and high rigidity.

• Industrial Equipment: High-load pump and valve structural parts, automation equipment precision fixtures, heat-resistant mechanical supports, and complex thin-wall industrial structural components.
