Torlon PAI‑4000TF Polyamide‑Imide Fine Powder Resin

Torlon PAI‑4000TF manufactured by Syensqo (formerly Solvay) is an unfilled neat polyamide‑imide fine powder, serving as the fundamental base resin for all Torlon injection‑moldable PAI compounds. It features fine particle‑size distribution: 95 % particles below 75 µm, typical particle range 30‑40 µm. This grade is designed for compression molding, custom polymer alloy blending, high‑performance coatings, film‑casting and specialty compounding.

Torlon PAI‑4000TF is widely adopted across high‑end industries requiring extreme thermal and chemical performance:
